Troubleshooting

If the TwentyCRM integration is not working, first check the connection in the area Connections. The most common causes are an incorrect instance URL, an expired or deleted API key, or missing permissions in the API key role.

For address import, the API key must have read access to People. For field mapping and saved views, mailfino also needs access to the data model. For form sync and touchpoints, the API key must have permission to edit records.

If saved TwentyCRM views do not appear as an import source, they may not be related to People or may contain filters that mailfino cannot yet reliably translate. In this case, use All addresses or simplify the view of supported filters.

If form submissions are marked as a problem, check the email address, field mapping, and API key write permissions. Multiple TwentyCRM People with the same email address will not be overwritten automatically.

If Touchpoints are missing, check if the recipient is already linked to a TwentyCRM Person. This link is created through an address import or a successful form submission.
