Save touchpoints in TwentyCRM

mailfino can store shipping events as notes for TwentyCRM People. Shipping results, unsubscribes, and complaints are supported, provided the TwentyCRM integration for touchpoints is activated.

The notes will be linked to the appropriate TwentyCRM Person record. mailfino uses the external key from the address import or from the form sync for this. If a recipient is not yet connected to a TwentyCRM person, mailfino cannot save a touchpoint in TwentyCRM.

Each note contains the event type, the newsletter or job, the timestamp, the status, and a technical mailfino marker. This marker prevents the same submission from being created multiple times as a note during a retry.

TwentyCRM tasks are not used for this shipping history. They are reserved for later, real tasks such as recall, follow-up, or manual review.
