Check for problems
If the CentralStationCRM integration is not working, first check the connection in the area Connections. The most common causes are a deleted or incorrectly copied API key.
If no tags appear as an import source, the CentralStationCRM account may not have any tags yet. In that case, please first use All persons or create tags for your desired target groups in CentralStationCRM.
When form submissions are flagged as a problem, check the email address and field mapping. Multiple CentralStationCRM people with the same email address will not be automatically overwritten.
If Touchpoints are missing, check if the recipient is already linked to a CentralStationCRM person. This link is created through a person import or a successful form submission.
