Save shipping events in CentralStationCRM
mailfino can store shipping events as historical events in CentralStationCRM for individuals. Successful deliveries, failed deliveries, unsubscribes, and complaints are supported, provided the CentralStationCRM connection is enabled in the Results tab.

The historical events are stored on the corresponding person record. mailfino uses the external key from the address import or from the form sync for this. If a recipient is not yet connected to a CentralStationCRM person, mailfino cannot store a touchpoint in CentralStationCRM.
Historical events are the preferred representation for this first scope because they are directly tied to the person and remain visible without additional task or protocol objects.
