Check for PrestaShop Issues

If the PrestaShop integration is not validated or fails to import data, check the following points.

Connection

The shop URL must point to the public PrestaShop installation, for example https://shop.example.com. mailfino appends the webservice path /api/ itself.

The PrestaShop Webservice must be enabled. The Webservice Key is used by mailfino as a read-only API key; mailfino does not require admin credentials or database access.

Authorizations

For customer import, mailfino requires read access to customers.

For purchase segments and product cards, mailfino additionally requires read access to orders, order_details, products, categories and images.

Import and Segments

If segments don't count recipients, check if customers were imported first. Purchase segments only count orders that can be assigned to a mailfino contact.

If products are missing in the filter dialog or newsletter editor, restart the order import profile. This will update orders, line items, and product snapshots.

Big shops

The PrestaShop product search only loads limited results and is designed for large catalogs. Use name, SKU, or category as your search term if a product is not immediately visible.
