Before connecting PrestaShop to mailfino, enable the PrestaShop Webservice and create a dedicated key.

Open Advanced Parameters > Webservice in the PrestaShop administration. Enable the Webservice if needed, then create a new key named, for example, mailfino Newsletter.

Grant read access to these resources:

  • customers
  • orders
  • order_details
  • products
  • categories
  • images

Store the key in your password manager. mailfino does not need PrestaShop admin credentials or database credentials.

Before connecting PrestaShop to mailfino, enable the webservice in PrestaShop and create a dedicated key for mailfino.

Open in the PrestaShop Administration Advanced Parameters > Webservice. Activate the web service if it is still deactivated and create a new key.

Give a speaking name, for example Mailfino Newsletter. The key should only be granted read permissions for the resources that mailfino needs:

  • customers
  • orders
  • order_details
  • products
  • categories
  • images

Save the key in your password manager. You'll enter it later in mailfino in the field Webservice Key One. Mailfino needs no admin credentials nor database access.
