Troubleshooting
When a problem occurs with form submissions, mailfino shows it below Check connection Open the problem overview to check the affected email address, the form, and the error message.
Typical causes include invalid phone numbers, missing required fields, invalid country codes, or contacts that cannot be clearly assigned. In this case, correct the data in the form, the field mapping, or the affected contact in cobra.
After correction, the process can be re-processed. This way, it remains visible which submissions were successful and which still need to be reviewed.
