Connect Znuny to mailfino

Öffne in mailfino Konto → Anbindungen, wähle Neue Anbindung → Sonstige → Znuny und trage folgende Angaben ein:

  • Znuny-URL: die normale Basisadresse, über die Du Znuny im Browser öffnest
  • Read-only-Integrationsagent: der zuvor angelegte Znuny-Agent
  • Passwort: das Passwort dieses Agenten

Hänge keinen Pfad wie /otrs oder /nph-genericinterface.pl an, wenn er nicht bereits Bestandteil Deiner normalen Znuny-Basisadresse ist.

Wähle Verbindung überprüfen. Erst nach einer erfolgreichen Prüfung lässt sich die Anbindung speichern. mailfino speichert das Passwort geschützt und zeigt es nach dem Speichern nicht wieder vollständig an.

Für öffentlich erreichbare Znuny-Systeme akzeptiert mailfino nur HTTPS. Eine lokale HTTP-Adresse ist ausschließlich für isolierte Entwicklungs- und Testumgebungen vorgesehen.

Falls mailfino meldet, dass diese Anbindung bereits vorhanden ist, öffne den bestehenden Eintrag. Die technische Identität besteht aus Konto, Verbindungstyp und normalisierter Basisadresse; dieselbe Instanz muss nicht doppelt verbunden werden.

In mailfino, open Account → External connections, then select Create Connection → Other → Znuny and enter:

  • Znuny URL: the normal base address that opens Znuny in your browser
  • Read-only integration agent: the dedicated Znuny agent you created
  • Password: that agent’s password

Do not append a path such as /otrs or /nph-genericinterface.pl unless it is already part of your normal Znuny base address.

Select Validate connection. You can save the connection only after validation succeeds. mailfino stores the password securely and does not display it in full after saving.

For publicly accessible Znuny systems, mailfino accepts HTTPS only. A local HTTP address is intended solely for isolated development and test environments.

If mailfino reports that the connection already exists, open the existing entry. Its technical identity consists of account, connection type, and normalized base URL, so you only need to connect each instance once.
