Znuny integration

Mit der Znuny-Integration kannst Du den aktuellen Supportstatus bei der Auswahl Deiner Newsletter-Zielgruppen berücksichtigen. mailfino übernimmt dazu Kunden, Organisationen und ausgewählte Ticketdaten aus Znuny.

Übernommen werden:

  • aktive Kundenkontakte und ihre Organisationen
  • Ticketnummer, Titel, Status, Priorität und Queue
  • Erstellungs- und Änderungszeitpunkte der Tickets
  • die Zuordnung zu offenen oder geschlossenen Tickets

Nachrichten, interne Notizen und Anhänge bleiben in Znuny. Die Anbindung ist schreibgeschützt: mailfino legt in Znuny weder Tickets noch Kunden an und verändert dort keine Daten.

Ein Supportticket ist keine Newsletter-Einwilligung. Vor einem Versand berücksichtigt mailfino weiterhin die hinterlegte Einwilligung, Abmeldungen und Sperrlisten.

Für die Einrichtung brauchst Du Administratorzugriff auf Znuny, das bereitgestellte MailfinoZnunyReadOnly-Paket und einen eigenen Integrationsagenten. Der nächste Artikel führt Dich durch diese Vorbereitung.

The Znuny integration lets you take current support status into account when selecting newsletter audiences. mailfino imports customers, organizations, and selected ticket data from Znuny.

The following information is imported:

  • active customer contacts and their organizations
  • ticket number, title, state, priority, and queue
  • ticket creation and modification times
  • whether a ticket is open or closed

Messages, internal notes, and attachments remain in Znuny. The connection is read-only: mailfino neither creates nor changes tickets or customers in Znuny.

A support ticket is not newsletter consent. Before sending, mailfino continues to apply consent, unsubscribe, and suppression information.

To set up the connection, you need administrator access to Znuny, the supplied MailfinoZnunyReadOnly package, and a dedicated integration agent. The next article explains this preparation.
