Troubleshoot PrestaShop

If the PrestaShop connection does not validate or imports no data, check the following points.

Connection

The shop URL must point to the public PrestaShop installation, for example https://shop.example.com. mailfino adds the Webservice path /api/ automatically.

The PrestaShop Webservice must be enabled. mailfino uses the Webservice key as a read-only API key; it does not need PrestaShop admin credentials or database credentials.

Permissions

For customer import, mailfino needs read access to customers.

For purchase segments and product cards, mailfino also needs read access to orders, order_details, products, categories und images.

Imports and segments

If segments count no recipients, check whether customers were imported first. Purchase segments count only orders that can be matched to a mailfino contact.

If products are missing in the filter dialog or newsletter editor, run the orders import profile again. This refreshes orders, order lines, and product snapshots.

Large shops

PrestaShop product search loads limited results and is designed for large catalogs. Use product name, SKU, or category as the search term if a product is not immediately visible.
