Newsletter mit Bausteinen erstellen

Die Elementleiste enthält Bausteine für Aufbau, Inhalt und Conversion. Ziehe einen Baustein in den Newsletter oder klicke ihn an, wenn der Editor den Einfügeort anbietet. Klicke anschließend auf den eingefügten Baustein, um seine Einstellungen im Style Editor zu öffnen.

Mit Struktur beginnen

Nutze Layout- und Mehrspaltenbausteine für Abschnitte, die nebeneinander stehen sollen. Füge darin Text, Bilder oder Buttons ein. Für den mobilen Newsletter kannst du Spalten später stapeln oder umkehren.

Inhalte abwechslungsreich aufbauen

Neben Überschriften, Text, Bildern, Buttons und Trennern stehen unter anderem Infoboxen, Zitate, Termine, Angebots- und Zahlenblöcke, gestaltete Tabellen, Social-Media-Links und Kontaktaufrufe zur Verfügung. Verwende wenige, wiederkehrende Bausteintypen, damit der Newsletter ruhig und gut lesbar bleibt.

Tabellen erstellen und bearbeiten

Der Baustein Tabelle erstellt eine echte Newsletter-Tabelle für übersichtliche Daten, Termine, Programme oder Vergleiche. Klicke in eine Zelle, um sie zu bearbeiten. Mit der Tabulator-Taste wechselst du zur nächsten Zelle; am Ende einer Tabelle wird eine neue Zeile ergänzt. Leere Zeilen kannst du wieder entfernen. Verwende Tabellen für zeilen- und spaltenweise Informationen, nicht als Ersatz für das Seitenlayout.

Shopping-Bausteine verwenden

In der Kategorie Shopping findest du Produktreihen, Kategorie-Highlights, hervorgehobene Produkte, Gutscheine und Servicevorteile. Wenn ein Baustein Daten aus einer Shop-Anbindung verwenden soll, wähle anschließend die passende Verbindung und das Produkt aus.

Bausteine verschieben oder löschen

Ziehe einen Baustein am sichtbaren Bearbeitungsbereich an seine neue Position. Lösche ihn über das Papierkorb-Symbol in den Elementaktionen. Achte darauf, nicht in Abstands- oder technische Container einzufügen: Diese Bereiche dienen nur dem Layout.

The block panel contains layout, content, and conversion blocks. Drag a block into the newsletter or use the offered insertion position, then select it to open its settings in the Style Editor.

Start with layout and multi-column blocks for sections that should appear next to each other. Add text, images, or buttons inside them. You can stack or reverse columns later for mobile screens.

In addition to headlines, text, images, buttons, and dividers, you can use info boxes, quotes, events, offers, number blocks, styled tables, social links, and contact calls to action. Use a small set of recurring block types for a calm, readable result.

Create and edit tables

The Table block creates a real newsletter table for structured data, dates, agendas, and comparisons. Select a cell to edit it. Use the Tab key to move to the next cell; at the end of a table, a new row is added. Remove empty rows when they are no longer needed. Use tables for row-and-column information, not as a replacement for the page layout.

The Shopping category includes product rows, category highlights, featured products, coupons, and service benefits. Select the matching connection and product when a block should use shop data.
