Die Verbindung verwendet das schreibgeschützte Modul MailfinoReadOnly. mailfino verändert keine Kunden oder Konversationen in FreeScout. Nachrichtentexte, interne Notizen und Anhänge werden nicht importiert.

Ein Supportkontakt ist nicht automatisch für Newsletter angemeldet. Einwilligung, Abmeldungen und Sperrlisten in mailfino gelten weiterhin.

The FreeScout integration imports support contacts into mailfino and lets you select existing contacts by open or closed conversations.

The connection uses the read-only MailfinoReadOnly module. mailfino does not change customers or conversations in FreeScout, and it does not import message text, internal notes, or attachments.

A support contact is not automatically subscribed to newsletters. Consent, unsubscribes, and suppression lists in mailfino continue to apply.
