EspoCRM Integration

Mit der EspoCRM-Anbindung importieren Sie Kontakte aus EspoCRM in mailfino. Als Quelle stehen alle Kontakte oder einzelne Target Lists bereit. Zusätzlich können Formularübermittlungen Kontakte anlegen oder aktualisieren und Versandereignisse im Contact-Stream dokumentieren.

Die Anbindung verwendet die EspoCRM REST API und den API-Key eines dedizierten API-Benutzers. Der Schlüssel wird in mailfino getrennt von der normalen Verbindungskonfiguration gespeichert.

The EspoCRM integration imports contacts from EspoCRM into mailfino. You can select all Contacts or an individual Target List, send form submissions to Contacts, and document delivery events in the Contact stream.

The integration uses the EspoCRM REST API and the API key of a dedicated API User. mailfino stores that key separately from the normal connection configuration.
