Can unsubscribes from our newsletter be created as contacts?

Yes. In our add-in, unsubscribes are handled through a form in the same way as sign-ups and can be processed using the Import entries function to import them into cobra. In this case, the form is called System unsubscribes.

Can the import to cobra be completely automated?

As a matter of principle, we do not offer a fully automated import for this process. We believe someone should always keep an eye on what is being imported. Otherwise, unwanted data could suddenly end up in cobra, or existing entries could be changed without anyone noticing. We want to avoid that.
