Use FreeScout support audiences

Nach dem Import der Konversations-Snapshots erstellt mailfino Segmente für Kontakte mit offenen und mit geschlossenen FreeScout-Konversationen.

Kombiniere sie bei Bedarf mit Deinen normalen Listenbedingungen. Die Segmente enthalten nur Kontakte, die bereits in mailfino vorhanden sind. Prüfe vor einem Versand weiterhin Einwilligung, Abmeldestatus und Sperrlisten.

Ein erneuter Snapshot-Import aktualisiert die Zuordnung. Beim Löschen der FreeScout-Anbindung entfernt mailfino auch ihre Snapshots und automatisch erzeugten Segmente.

After importing conversation snapshots, mailfino creates audiences for contacts with open and closed FreeScout conversations.

Combine these with your normal list conditions when needed. The audiences contain only contacts already present in mailfino. Always apply consent, unsubscribe status, and suppression lists before sending.

Another snapshot import refreshes the assignment. Deleting the FreeScout connection also removes its snapshots and generated audiences.
