You can insert the following types of links:

  • URLLink to any URL, for example your website or landing page.
  • E-Mail: Link to send an email with a subject. This creates a new email in your customer's email program with the specified recipient and the corresponding subject line. This is useful if you want recipients to contact you by email.
  • File attachment: Link to a file attachment
  • FormLink to one of the forms created and published in mynewsletter.rocks.
  • BookmarkLink to a bookmark within your newsletter, a bookmark #top for a link to the header of the newsletter is always available, further bookmarks can be created via Link -> Bookmark be inserted.

This is useful if you have a table of contents in your newsletter and want to link to individual articles. To do this, you must insert a bookmark in the heading of each article and then link to such a bookmark from the table of contents.
  • System link: Links to system functions, such as unsubscribing or opening the newsletter in the browser. The following options are available here
    • Unsubscribe link: adds an automatic unsubscribe link that recipients can use to unsubscribe from your newsletter.
    • Link to the browser version: offers your recipients the option of calling up your newsletter in their browser.
  • Calendar entry (*.ics): The data of an event can be entered here, for which an .ics calendar file is automatically generated, which can be downloaded with one click.

Tip: To edit a link, click on the link once with the left mouse button instead of selecting it.
