Mit Shopware verbinden

Öffnen Sie oben rechts das Menü mit dem Zahnrad und wählen Sie Anbindungen. Wenn noch keine Anbindung eingerichtet wurde, öffnet mailfino direkt die Auswahl der verfügbaren Systeme. Andernfalls klicken Sie im Anbindungsmanager auf Neue Anbindung.

Wählen Sie Shopware aus und tragen Sie die Shop-URL, die Access Key ID und den Secret Access Key ein. Die Shop-URL ist die normale Adresse Ihrer Shopware Installation, zum Beispiel https://shop.example.com.

mailfino prüft die Verbindung, bevor die Anbindung gespeichert wird. Dabei wird ein Admin-API-Token angefordert und ein kleiner Lesetest ausgeführt. Wenn die Prüfung erfolgreich ist, wird die Anbindung angelegt und in der linken Liste angezeigt.

Für die Integration braucht die Shopware Integration Leserechte auf Kunden, Bestellungen, Produkte, Medien und Kategorien. Schreibrechte sind für den Import und die Segmentierung nicht erforderlich. Wie Sie die Zugangsdaten in Shopware anlegen, steht im Kapitel Shopware Integration vorbereiten.

Wenn Shopware hinter einer Firewall, einem Reverse Proxy oder einer Basic-Auth-Sperre liegt, muss der mailfino Server die Admin API trotzdem erreichen können. Prüfen Sie in diesem Fall auch, ob die Route /api/oauth/token und die Suchendpunkte unter /api/search/ erreichbar sind.

Open the gear menu in the top right and choose Connections. If no connection has been set up yet, mailfino opens the system selection directly. Otherwise, click New connection in the connection manager.

Select Shopware and enter the shop URL, Access Key ID, and Secret Access Key. The shop URL is the normal address of your Shopware installation, for example https://shop.example.com.

mailfino checks the connection before it is saved. During this check, an Admin API token is requested and a small read test is executed. When the check succeeds, the connection is created and appears in the list on the left.

The Shopware integration needs read permissions for customers, orders, products, media, and categories. Write permissions are not required for import and segmentation. The chapter Prepare the Shopware integration explains how to create the credentials in Shopware.

If Shopware is behind a firewall, reverse proxy, or Basic Auth restriction, the mailfino server still needs to reach the Admin API. In that case, also check whether the route /api/oauth/token and the search endpoints under /api/search/ are reachable.
