OTOBO-Zugang vorbereiten

Installiere zuerst das von mailfino bereitgestellte Paket MailfinoOtoboReadOnly über die OTOBO-Paketverwaltung. Das Paket richtet den schreibgeschützten Webservice ein, den mailfino für Kunden, Kundenbenutzer und Ticket-Snapshots benötigt.

Lege anschließend einen eigenen OTOBO-Agenten für mailfino an. Verwende kein persönliches Administratorkonto. Der Agent benötigt nur Leserechte für die Queues, deren Tickets in mailfino berücksichtigt werden sollen. Bewahre sein Kennwort in einem Passwortmanager auf.

Die öffentliche OTOBO-Adresse muss per HTTPS erreichbar sein. Teste vor der Verbindung, ob Du die Agentenoberfläche über diese Adresse öffnen kannst.

Install the MailfinoOtoboReadOnly package supplied by mailfino through OTOBO’s package manager. The package provides the read-only web service used for customers, customer users, and ticket snapshots.

Create a dedicated OTOBO agent for mailfino instead of using a personal administrator account. Grant read access only to the queues whose tickets should be available in mailfino, and store the password in a password manager.

Your public OTOBO URL must be available over HTTPS. Confirm that the agent interface opens through that URL before connecting it.
