Alternative text

Despite the widespread use of HTML-enabled e-mail programs, there are still recipients who cannot, are not allowed to or do not want to display HTML e-mails. Many Blackberrys, for example, do not support HTML, and many authorities also prevent the display of HTML in emails for security reasons. For these users, you can use the Alternative text define an alternative text that is displayed if a device cannot or may not display HTML. The alternative text always consists only of text without any formatting, no fonts, tables or images are displayed. mynewsletter.rocks also uses the first lines of the alternative text as a so-called pre-header, which is displayed as a preview in the list of incoming emails.

Color palette

Most companies have a palette of colors whose use in communication is mandatory. You can enter these colors under Color palette so that you can use them later in the color selection dialogs.

The colors can be stored either as RGB or hexadecimal values. With the link Reset color palette the values can be reset to the system default.

The stored colors are not associated with the current design, but are also available to you in all other designs.

With Header you can insert your own CSS code for your newsletter, for example to define your own rules and styles for viewing on mobile devices.

With the function Insert responsive rules the rules for responsive newsletters stored in the system are inserted. You can then determine how the individual elements (e.g. headlines or texts) of your newsletter are displayed on mobile devices.

HTML code

Displays the HTML code of your newsletter. The HTML code can be edited, but sometimes changes cannot be assigned for technical reasons, for example if the code is incorrect.
