OTOBO integration

Mit der OTOBO-Integration übernimmst Du Supportkontakte und Organisationen in mailfino. Zusätzlich speichert mailfino ausgewählte Ticketmerkmale, damit Du vorhandene Kontakte nach offenen oder geschlossenen Supportfällen auswählen kannst.

Die Verbindung ist schreibgeschützt. mailfino verändert weder Kunden noch Tickets in OTOBO. Ticketnachrichten, interne Notizen und Anhänge werden nicht übernommen.

Ein vorhandener Supportkontakt ist noch keine Newsletter-Einwilligung. Vor dem Versand gelten weiterhin die in mailfino hinterlegte Einwilligung, Abmeldungen und Sperrlisten.

Für die Einrichtung brauchst Du das OTOBO-Paket MailfinoOtoboReadOnly, die Adresse Deiner OTOBO-Instanz und einen eigenen Integrationsagenten.

The OTOBO integration imports support contacts and organizations into mailfino. It also stores selected ticket properties so that you can select existing contacts by open or closed support cases.

The connection is read-only. mailfino does not change customers or tickets in OTOBO, and it does not import ticket messages, internal notes, or attachments.

A support contact is not automatically subscribed to a newsletter. Consent, unsubscribes, and suppression lists in mailfino continue to apply.

To get started, you need the MailfinoOtoboReadOnly OTOBO package, your OTOBO URL, and a dedicated integration agent.
