Prepare the Znuny package and access

Die Anbindung verwendet einen bewusst schmalen, schreibgeschützten Webservice. Installiere dafür zuerst das versionierte Paket MailfinoZnunyReadOnly über Admin → Paketverwaltung. Verwende die von mailfino bereitgestellte Datei MailfinoZnunyReadOnly-0.1.0.opm.

Das Paket richtet den GenericInterface-Webservice MailfinoZnunyReadOnly ein. Öffne ihn unter Admin → Webservices und prüfe, dass er als gültig angezeigt wird. Du musst keine eigenen Operationen ergänzen.

Lege anschließend einen eigenen Znuny-Agenten für mailfino an, zum Beispiel mailfino-integration. Verwende kein persönliches Administratorkonto. Weise diesem Agenten für die benötigten Gruppen ausschließlich das Recht ro zu. Das genügt zum Lesen der Tickets; Schreib-, Verschiebe- und Prioritätsrechte werden nicht benötigt.

Der Agent kann nur Tickets aus Gruppen lesen, für die er dieses Leserecht besitzt. So bestimmst Du bereits in Znuny, welche Supportbereiche in mailfino berücksichtigt werden.

Bewahre das Passwort in einem Passwortmanager auf. Für eine öffentlich erreichbare Instanz muss Znuny über HTTPS verfügbar sein. Im nächsten Schritt trägst Du Basisadresse, Agentenname und Passwort in mailfino ein.

The connection uses a deliberately narrow, read-only web service. First install the versioned MailfinoZnunyReadOnly package through Admin → Package Manager. Use the MailfinoZnunyReadOnly-0.1.0.opm file supplied by mailfino.

The package installs the MailfinoZnunyReadOnly GenericInterface web service. Open it under Admin → Web Services and make sure it is shown as valid. You do not need to add your own operations.

Next, create a dedicated Znuny agent for mailfino, for example mailfino-integration. Do not use a personal administrator account. For the required groups, give this agent only the ro permission. This is sufficient to read tickets; write, move, and priority permissions are not required.

The agent can read only tickets in groups for which it has this permission. This lets you decide in Znuny which support areas are available to mailfino.

Keep the password in a password manager. A publicly reachable instance must be available over HTTPS. In the next step, you enter the base address, agent name, and password in mailfino.
