Connect EspoCRM and import contacts

  1. Öffnen Sie in mailfino Einstellungen → Anbindungen.
  2. Wählen Sie Neue Anbindung und anschließend EspoCRM.
  3. Tragen Sie die Basis-URL Ihrer Instanz ein, zum Beispiel https://crm.example.com.
  4. Tragen Sie den API-Key des dedizierten API-Benutzers ein.
  5. Prüfen Sie die Verbindung. Speichern ist erst nach einer erfolgreichen Prüfung möglich.
  6. Speichern Sie die Anbindung.

Im Bereich Import stehen Alle Kontakte und jede erreichbare Target List gemeinsam zur Auswahl.

Wählen Sie die mailfino-Zielliste und prüfen Sie die Feldzuordnung. Standardmäßig werden E-Mail, Vorname, Nachname, Firma, Position, Telefon und Anschrift angeboten, soweit EspoCRM diese Felder freigibt.

mailfino speichert für jeden Contact den stabilen Remote-Key espocrm.contact:. Ein Reimport aktualisiert denselben lokalen Datensatz und erzeugt für dieselbe EspoCRM-ID keine Dublette. Entfernte Contacts werden in der Beta nicht automatisch aus mailfino gelöscht.

  1. In mailfino, open Settings → Connections.
  2. Select New connection, then EspoCRM.
  3. Enter your EspoCRM base URL, for example https://crm.example.com.
  4. Enter the dedicated API User’s API key.
  5. Validate the connection. It can only be saved after successful validation.
  6. Save the connection.

The Import area shows All Contacts and every accessible Target List together.

Select the mailfino target list and review the field mapping. mailfino stores the stable remote key espocrm.contact: for each Contact. Reimport updates the same local record instead of creating a duplicate for the same EspoCRM ID. Deleted Contacts are not automatically removed from mailfino in this beta.
