Use products in newsletters

Im Newsletter-Editor können Sie eine Produktkarte einfügen und mit einem JTL-Shop Produkt verbinden. Die Karte nutzt Produktname, Bild, Beschreibung, Preis und Link aus den gespeicherten Produktdaten.

Fügen Sie im Editor das Element Produktkarte ein und wählen Sie es aus. Im Style Editor erscheint der Bereich Product data. Wählen Sie dort die JTL-Shop Anbindung und suchen Sie nach dem gewünschten Produkt.

Der Auswahldialog lädt nur passende Suchergebnisse statt den gesamten Shop-Katalog im Browser zu öffnen. Dadurch bleibt die Produktauswahl auch bei größeren Shops schnell und übersichtlich.

Nach der Auswahl füllt mailfino die Produktkarte automatisch. Bild und Button verlinken auf das Produkt im Shop. Prüfen Sie den Text trotzdem vor dem Versand, weil Shop-Beschreibungen nicht immer für E-Mails optimiert sind.

Wenn ein Produkt später im Shop geändert wird, aktualisiert sich ein bereits gespeicherter Newsletter nicht automatisch. Wählen Sie das Produkt im Editor erneut aus, wenn Karte, Preis, Text oder Bild den neuen Stand aus JTL-Shop übernehmen sollen.

In the newsletter editor, you can insert a product card and connect it with a JTL-Shop product. The card uses product name, image, description, price, and link from the stored product data.

Insert the Product card element in the editor and select it. The Product data section appears in the Style Editor. Select the JTL-Shop connection there and search for the product you want.

The selection dialog loads only matching search results instead of opening the entire shop catalog in the browser. This keeps product selection fast and clear even for larger shops.

After selection, mailfino fills the product card automatically. The image and button link to the product in the shop. Still check the text before sending because shop descriptions are not always optimized for email.

If a product is changed in the shop later, an already saved newsletter is not updated automatically. Select the product again in the editor if the card should use the latest text, price, or image from JTL-Shop.
