Troubleshooting

Wenn die OXID Anbindung nicht gespeichert werden kann, prüfen Sie zuerst die Shop-URL und die Connector-Zugangsdaten. Die Shop-URL muss auf die öffentliche OXID Installation zeigen. Der Connector muss unter /mailfino/api/ erreichbar sein.

Öffnen Sie den Health-Endpunkt im Browser oder mit einem API-Werkzeug:

https://shop.example.com/mailfino/api/health

Wenn der Endpunkt eine Anmeldung verlangt, verwenden Sie Connector User und API Key aus der Datei mailfino/api/index.php. Wenn der Endpunkt nicht erreichbar ist, prüfen Sie Dateipfad, Webserver-Regeln, Firewall und Reverse Proxy.

Wenn die Verbindung funktioniert, aber keine Kunden importiert werden, prüfen Sie, ob in OXID Kunden mit E-Mail-Adresse vorhanden sind. Der Connector überspringt technische Administratoren.

Wenn Kaufsegmente leer bleiben, prüfen Sie den Bestellimport. Die Option Use purchase data for target groups muss auf der Bestell-Importkarte aktiv sein. Außerdem zählt mailfino nur Empfänger, die bereits als mailfino Kontakte vorhanden sind. Reine Shop-Käufer ohne passenden mailfino Kontakt erhöhen die Empfängerzahl nicht.

Wenn Produkte ohne Bild oder Beschreibung erscheinen, prüfen Sie die Produktdaten in OXID. mailfino kann nur übernehmen, was der Connector aus den Produkt- und Kategorieinformationen lesen kann.

Wenn Sie den Connector-Key geändert haben, aktualisieren Sie die OXID Anbindung in mailfino und testen Sie die Verbindung erneut.

If the OXID connection cannot be saved, first check the shop URL and connector credentials. The shop URL must point to the public OXID installation. The connector must be reachable under /mailfino/api/.

Open the health endpoint in a browser or with an API tool:

https://shop.example.com/mailfino/api/health

If the endpoint asks for authentication, use the connector user and API key from the mailfino/api/index.php file. If the endpoint is not reachable, check file paths, web server rules, firewall, and reverse proxy.

If the connection works but no customers are imported, check whether OXID contains customers with email addresses. The connector skips technical administrators.

If purchase segments remain empty, check the order import. The option Use purchase data for audiences must be enabled on the order import card. mailfino also only counts recipients that already exist as mailfino contacts. Shop buyers without a matching mailfino contact do not increase the recipient count.

If products appear without image or description, check the product data in OXID. mailfino can only use what the connector can read from product and category information.

If you changed the connector key, update the OXID connection in mailfino and test the connection again.
