Produkte im Newsletter verwenden

Im Newsletter-Editor können Sie eine Produktkarte einfügen und mit einem Shopware Produkt verbinden. Die Karte übernimmt Produktname, Bild, Beschreibung, Preis und Link aus den gespeicherten Produktdaten.

Fügen Sie im Editor das Produktkarten-Element ein und wählen Sie es aus. Im Style Editor erscheint der Bereich für Produktdaten. Dort wählen Sie die Shopware Anbindung und suchen nach dem gewünschten Produkt.

Der Auswahldialog zeigt Produktbild, Beschreibung und Preis, damit Sie das richtige Produkt erkennen. Die Suche ist begrenzt und lädt nur passende Treffer, statt den gesamten Shop-Katalog im Browser zu öffnen.

Nach der Auswahl füllt mailfino die Produktkarte automatisch. Das Bild und der Button verlinken auf das Produkt im Shop. Prüfen Sie den Text trotzdem vor dem Versand, weil Produktbeschreibungen aus Shops nicht immer für E-Mails optimiert sind.

Wenn ein Produkt in Shopware später geändert wird, aktualisiert sich ein bereits gespeicherter Newsletter nicht automatisch. Wählen Sie das Produkt im Editor erneut aus, wenn die Karte neue Texte, Preise oder Bilder übernehmen soll.

Hinweis: Shopware Produktlinks werden aus den gespeicherten Produktdaten gebildet. Prüfen Sie vor dem Versand die Vorschau, wenn Ihr Shop besondere SEO-URLs oder eigene Storefront-Routen verwendet.

In the newsletter editor, you can insert a product card and connect it with a Shopware product. The card uses product name, image, description, price, and link from the stored product data.

Insert the product card element in the editor and select it. The product data section appears in the Style Editor. Select the Shopware connection there and search for the product you want.

The selection dialog shows product image, description, and price so that you can identify the right product. Search is limited and loads only matching results instead of opening the entire shop catalog in the browser.

After selection, mailfino fills the product card automatically. The image and button link to the product in the shop. Still check the text before sending because product descriptions from shops are not always optimized for email.

If a product is changed in Shopware later, an already saved newsletter is not updated automatically. Select the product again in the editor if the card should use new text, prices, or images.

Note: Shopware product links are built from the stored product data. Check the preview before sending if your shop uses special SEO URLs or custom storefront routes.
