Subscriptions and blacklist

E-mail addresses that do not wish to receive any further e-mails are placed on a so-called block list, which is managed on our servers. All addresses that end up on the block list are excluded from future mailings - with the exception of emails to confirm a double opt-in.

E-mail addresses can be added to the blacklist in one of the following ways;

  1. Unsubscribe using our unsubscribe function in the standard unsubscribe form or a separate form with an unsubscribe function.
  2. Complaints about spam that are sent directly to us or to our hosting providers
  3. Complaints about the feedback loop systems of selected e-mail providers, e.g. Hotmail.
  4. Use of the unsubscribe function in e-mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook.

To view the blacklist, open the Reports tab, select any mailing and then click on Blacklist in the toolbar.

A blocked e-mail address can be unblocked by a double opt-in using a form created with our system.
